“Rowing with the Theraband” Attach a Theraband to a door or window handle. Stand slightly bent and hold the band in both ends. The elbows are angled sideways at shoulder level.
The backs of the hands are pointing upwards and are at the same level as the elbows. The cervical spine and thoracic spine are straightened. Now move your elbows backwards and pull the flaps together.
This will raise the sternum even more. The shoulders should not be pulled up to the ears. The hands are not pulled outwards but towards the chest at elbow level. Perform 3 x 15 repetitions. Continue with the next exercise
