- What is your profession?
- Is there any evidence of psychosocial stress or strain due to your family situation?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- On which parts of the body – e.g. eyebrows, hairline, between lip and nose, sweat groove – do the skin changes (greasy scaling, yellow foci; on a reddened background) occur?
- Have these appearances changed (in size, shape, color, etc.)?
- How long have these changes existed?
- Are there any other symptoms?
- Do you have increased stress?
- Have you been exposed to climatic fluctuations/changes?
