In case of menopausal symptoms, sepia (cuttlefish) can be used in the following dosage: Tablets D4

  • Irritable, moody women, whiny, fearful to panicky

  • Memory weakness, concentration disorders
  • Many hot flashes (worst at night)
  • Tendency to cold feet, but warm hands and hot head
  • In the morning after waking up miserable, weak and sleepless
  • Very lively in the evening
  • Feeling of pressing down in the abdomen
  • Long lasting, dry eczema especially on the back of the hand
  • Rooms with many people and warm, stuffy air are not tolerated
  • The very similar product Pulsatilla is especially effective for younger women, while Sepia is a typical product for women in menopause

Sulphur (purified sulphur)

For menopausal symptoms, sulphur (purified sulphur) can be used in the following dosage: Tablets D6

  • Women with poor memory (worsened under stress)
  • Depressive disgruntlement
  • Hot flushes and hot sweats especially at night and in warm rooms (often in connection with many people)
  • Need for cool, fresh air
  • Connective tissue weakness with lax posture and tendency to weight gain
  • Awakes in the morning around 3 or 4 o’clock and then sleeps badly
