Therapy At the beginning of Wegener’s granulomatosis the antibiotic Clotrimazol (broad-spectrum antibiotics with the ingredients: Trimethroprim and Sulfamethoxazole), e.g. available as Cotrim®, which leads to an improvement, although the mode of action is still completely unclear.
