Knee Endoprosthesis – Exercises 3

One legged bridging: Take the same position as in exercise 2. Instead of 2 feet, only one foot is now in contact with the ground and the other leg is stretched parallel to the other thigh. Either hold this position for 15 seconds and move the hip 15 times dynamically up and down without putting it down.
