Coordination and balance training for the cervical spine

Exercise Cervical spine 1. you are again in a standing position and hold one palm of your hand in front of your face. Move your hand to the left and right again and again and your gaze follows the palm of your hand permanently. Move your hand slowly to avoid dizziness.

In the meantime, lift your feet off the floor one after the other. Exercise Cervical Cervical 2. raise both arms to your hips and lift one leg and lower it again. Do this again and again during the balance and coordination exercise.

During this time, look alternately from one shoulder to the other. Exercise Cervical 3: Move one leg slightly back so that you are only standing on one leg. You hold a ball in both hands.

Now slowly extend your arms to one side and move them back to your chest. Then slowly extend your arms to the other side and pull them back to your chest. Look at the ball and try to keep your balance and coordination.

Exercise Cervical spine 4. you are in the one-legged position. Both arms are stretched out to the sides and you slowly put your head back into the neck. During this time, clench your hands to fists and let go again.

Do this quickly. Then return your head to the starting position. The head movements are done slowly so that you do not provoke dizziness.

Cervical Cervical Exercise 5 Begin this exercise with two small balls (e.g. tennis balls). Throw them one after the other in the direction of the ceiling and catch them both again with one hand each. When you have caught a ball with one hand, throw it up again immediately and do not leave it in your hand longer than necessary. If this works, increase the exercise and juggle with three balls.
