The back remains straight. Exercise shoulder 2: Support your upper body with both arms. Your legs lie on a high surface (e.g. bed or Pezzi ball) up to your knees.

One after the other lift your arms sideways. Look down and do not lift your head. Exercise Shoulder 3.

Again, place your legs on a raised surface up to your knees. Take a ball and support both arms on it. Try to keep your balance.

Nevertheless, your back remains straight the whole time and your gaze is directed downwards. Exercise Shoulder 4: Your upper body is again supported by your arms and your legs are again on a raised surface up to your knees. This time you have a ball in one hand and roll it on the floor with your hand.

Draw a large circle on the floor with the ball. You do not look up, but on the floor. Your back stays straight and you then change hands.

Exercise Shoulder 5 You are doing a push-up and have two cups next to your body. One cup is filled with rice or small stones. Fill the empty cup with one hand and continue to support your body with the other. When the other cup is full, fill the other one again.
