Dru Yoga

Dru Yoga originates from the North Indian tradition of Mahatma Gandhi. The yogi performs flowing exercises to find the fixed point of inner peace within himself. The aim is to be able to find oneself in every situation in life, which is especially important in our hectic world.

The exercises are about a general improvement of fitness and mobility, but also about overcoming inner tension and restlessness. The techniques are easy to learn and can also be performed by beginners or people with physical limitations. Asanas of Dru Yoga should also be suitable for releasing psychological blockages such as fears and sadness. Dru Yoga can therefore be considered as therapeutic Yoga. The goal is to achieve a state of well-being in addition to inner peace.

Luna Yoga

Luna Yoga is primarily concerned with the perception of one’s own body and has a healing objective. It is not only based on physical aspects, but also has traditional, philosophical approaches. The exercises of Luna Yoga are mainly concerned with the Svadhistana Chakra (the sacral or sexual chakra).

By opening the chakra, fertility is to be increased, creative blockages are to be released and one’s own body is to be perceived better. Luna Yoga is a form of Yoga that is primarily intended to appeal to women. Luna Yoga can also address the individual cycle of the woman. For men, Luna Yoga aims to improve sperm activity.

Yoga Dance

As the name suggests, Dance Yoga is about rhythmic flowing yoga exercises to music. Whole choreographies can be worked out in a group. The dynamic exercises also train endurance.

Classical yoga positions are built into the choreography and breathing is also taken into account in Dance Yoga. Yoga Dance is a form of yoga that copies some elements of the traditional yoga forms, but has little to do with the actual spiritual basis. Yoga Dance is a fitness style that combines the elements of Yoga with elements of Modern Dance. The flexibility, endurance and stability should be improved, and a balanced mood should be achieved through conscious breathing and flowing movements. Meditation and spiritual approaches are rather not included in Dance Yoga.
