Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is also called Hasyayoga. Through artificial laughter and artificial laughter, effects such as hormone release are supposed to be triggered in the body, which cause real laughter. The yogi should find inner contentment and happiness. Laughter Yoga usually takes place in a group, the fake laughter should finally change into real laughter and is partly combined with traditional breathing techniques. Face Yoga

Face Yoga was developed as Anti Aging Yoga and, unlike other forms of Yoga, targets the muscles in our face – the mimic muscles. Through targeted grimacing and warping of the face, the individual muscle areas are strengthened and firmed. Through consistent training, supposedly bags under the eyes and wrinkles can be prevented or reduced. Through the relaxing, loosening effect, facial yoga is also said to have a positive effect on the mood of the yogi. Applied daily for 3 minutes, ideally in the morning, facial yoga can improve the yogi’s radiance and give him a fresh, radiant expression.

CrossFit Yoga

Cross-fit yoga is a modern trend in which the body is strengthened through intensive asanas and is pushed to its limits. It is a holistic workout, which should not only lead the body to muscle growth, but also to flexibility and endurance. Yoga elements are used in addition to the classic weight and strength exercises of CrossFit to improve the deep stabilizing trunk muscles, to improve flexibility and to cool down after a workout.The focus on your own body can also be improved by Cross-Fit Yoga.

Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is a form of yoga that is different from the others because it emphasizes the connection between teacher and student. There is no video or group classes. The yogi should learn inner values like self-reflection, discipline and self-esteem from his teacher.

Through the asanas the student should find his way to higher consciousness and finally to enlightenment. In addition to physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation are also performed. The relationship between breathing and soul plays an important role.

Through the increased intake of oxygen, the organism should tank up on energy and collect it (Prana). The organs and tissues should be relieved and the ability to concentrate should improve. The individual chakras are trained individually. The yoga class should always take place under personal guidance.
