“Hip extension” Lie supine and place your feet close to your buttocks. Your arms are resting on the floor at the sides. Press your hips up so that they form a straight line with your upper body and thighs.

The exercise becomes more intensive if you place a tennis ball in your groin and pull your leg up. Make 15 whl. with 2 passes. Continue to next exercise
