Introduction

Inflammation of the vocal cords is an inflammatory disease of the vocal cords, often caused by overloading or infection. An inflammation of the vocal cords can spread to an inflammation of the larynx. It is therefore advisable to treat the inflammation early.

Onions have an expectorant effect and combat microorganisms such as bacteria.

This means that onions can even help fight vocal cord inflammation. You can make an onion syrup from 3 to 4 onions that you chop and put in a pot. Let the onions simmer at low to medium heat until the mixture develops a syrupy consistency.

Take 5 tablespoons of this onion syrup and put it in a glass of warm water. Add one tablespoon of honey and a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Drink the drink three times a day very slowly over a period of two weeks.

Wrap the sides of the cloth so that the curd is inside. Press this curd wrap against the neck for 15 minutes, you can fix it temporarily with a dry cloth or scarf. The curd for this should not come directly from the refrigerator, but ideally have room temperature.

You should apply a quark wrap once a day. For an onion wrap, heat three chopped onions in the oven and spread the pieces in a linen cloth. Wrap the cloth so that the onions are inside and put it around your neck.

You can fix the wrap with another cloth and leave it around the neck until the wrap is no longer warm. You can use the onion wrap up to three times a day.
