How do I become thin with medication?
Again and again, alleged miracle pills that promise quick success also appear in advertising. Usually these means work over the fact that the fat taken up with the food is bound in the intestine and thus again excreted. Another approach is supposed to block the feeling of hunger directly in the brain and thus facilitate weight loss.
As in all areas, however, these miracle cures should be used with caution. If at all, dietary attempts with medical help should only be planned together with the family doctor. The side effects of the remedies are often little researched and unmanageable.
The risk is in no relation to the benefit. Especially ordering such remedies from the Internet on your own bears many dangers. Often it is not even clear which active ingredient is hidden in the tablets.
Other often herbal remedies, such as green tea or chili extracts, are supposed to increase the basic metabolic rate of the body. Here the effect, if at all available but also not in relation to the price. In addition to radical diets, there is a whole range of concepts for getting thinner, in which certain foods are completely removed from your diet.
Currently very fashionable are concepts that mainly limit carbohydrate intake and instead focus more on meat and fish.To it classically above all the Low Carb Diät, the Atkins Diät or Strunz Diät belongs. But also the so-called Paleo-Diet, which is based on the life model of the Stone Age, belongs to this group. There are reports of successful and above all relatively fast losing weight with these methods.
However, it is not entirely clear to what extent the increased protein intake affects the kidneys and the body in general. In this respect, a very meat-based change in diet should best be discussed with the family doctor. In addition, many people report a deterioration of the general mood due to the renunciation of carbohydrates.
This makes sense because the body releases endorphins when it absorbs carbohydrates and carbohydrates actually make you happy for a short time. A further method is e.g. the separation food, with which the large food groups are to be eaten only in certain constellations. Whether this really leads to a quicker success in consumption is rather questionable.
An example of a Food Combining Diet is the car diet, in which the intake of carbohydrates and fats is divided between the main meals and at the same time attacks of ravenous appetite are prevented by introducing snacks between meals. As mentioned above, the choice of ready-made dietary concepts is almost unlimited. All in all, however, a balanced diet that is changed permanently is more likely to be recommended.
