Knee Endoprosthesis – Exercises 8

Nodding: In this exercise your balance must be good. Also, the operation must have been several weeks ago. Stand on one leg and bend the knee slightly.

It remains behind the tips of your feet. Now try to swing your arms alternately forwards and backwards. You must try to keep your balance and the floating leg must not touch the ground.

Hold this position for a few seconds and then change the standing leg. 2-5 passes. Continue to next exercise.
