  • Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, currants (black).
  • Garlic, asparagus, sweet potatoes, zucchini.
  • Pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.
  • Peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts
