- How long has the lymph node enlargement been present?
- Does it affect one or more regions?
- Do the changes hurt?
- Do they change in size, redness, etc.?
- Do you have night sweats?
- Do you have a fever?
- Do you have any unwanted weight loss?
- Do you have any other symptoms?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you unintentionally lost body weight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Do you smoke? If so, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?
- Do you drink alcohol? If yes, what drink(s) and how many glasses per day?
- Do you use drugs? If yes, what drugs and how often per day or per week?

- Allopurinol – drug used for gout.
- Antiepileptic drugs – drugs for epilepsy such as carbamazepine, phenytoin or primidone.
- Dapsone – chemotherapeutic agent, which is used mainly in leprosy or primary chronic polyarthritis.
