Pour 0.5 l of boiling water over three teaspoons of crushed aniseed and three teaspoons of thyme, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Add the juice of one lemon and sweeten the stock with honey. Then drink slowly as soon as it is no longer too hot.

Boil raisins, dark rock candy, chamomile and coltsfoot in water. Drink some of this every hour.

Boil up half a liter of natural apple juice with 100 g sugar and a chopped fennel bulb and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then take this juice by the spoonful within 2 hours.

Boil 25 g ribwort briefly in half a liter of water and strain after half an hour. Add 175 ml forest honey when the brew has cooled down to about 40 degrees and stir until the honey has dissolved. When cooled down, pour into a bottle and close. Take a teaspoon of the juice three times a day.
