Summary | Fascial Training

Summary

Fascial training is not only a new trend, but a very useful addition to conventional strength and endurance training. Especially the quick and easy application of fascial training, e.g. with a fascial roll, makes it very easy to integrate it into “normal” training. Just ten minutes a day is enough to observe significant progress in training after a certain period of time.

Fascial training not only increases the flexibility and mobility of the muscles, but can also improve muscular performance. Other areas of application for fascial training include muscle pain, prevention of injuries and muscle damage. Furthermore, fascial training ensures an optimized regeneration of the musculature after a training session and in the course of this also increases the blood circulation.

Due to the tightening effect of fascial training on muscles and connective tissue, an improvement in posture and gait, or movement patterns, occurs with time and regular training. A great advantage of fascial training is that it can be done anywhere and that you do not necessarily need an aid such as a fascial roll, but can already perform many exercises with your own body. Fascial training is a useful addition to a holistic, health-based training and should be included in the training plan.
