As a patient, you should follow the instructions of the anesthesiologist before anesthesia. In particular, it is important not to eat or drink before an anesthesia. The anesthesiologist will inform you in advance about the length of time you should not eat or drink.
This is very important for the anaesthesia, otherwise complications can occur. However, you cannot directly influence the vomiting after the anaesthesia.
