- Do you have frequent pain in the area of the surgical scar?
- Have you noticed any visible swelling, protrusion, or lumps in the area of the surgical scar? If so. When?
- Have you noticed an increase in discomfort when the abdomen is strained (coughing, defecation, after physical work, lifting heavy loads, sports)?
- Does the swelling disappear on its own at rest?
- Have you noticed any limitation in the functioning of the abdominal muscles?
- What is the pain like? Pulling?
- Do you currently have severe, persistent, or colicky pain in the area of the surgical scar?
- Are you experiencing any other discomfort?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Are you overweight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Has your digestion changed? Do you have frequent diarrhea or constipation?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (anemia (anemia); diabetes mellitus; tumor diseases (cancer)).
