Principles of naturopathic detoxification

Naturopathy assumes that a person must be in an energetically healthy state, i.e. have sufficient energy to be able to perform a detox. If a patient has suffered from a serious illness or is in a difficult situation, an energetic balance should first be established before a naturopathic detox can be started. Spring and fall are considered to be the so-called “changeover times” and must be observed.

The excretory ducts (called “channels” in naturopathy) must be free and open before a detox can be started. These channels include bowel movement, which should be ensured daily, excretion through the kidneys and daily drinking of 1.5-3 liters. Skin respiration and lung respiration, which are also considered excretion organs, should also be free of objections.

This is a form of naturopathic detoxification in which the entire organism is involved. The detoxification is carried out by means of globules, which are produced in a spagyric way.In spagyric production, plant parts are first crushed, an aqueous extraction is produced with the addition of sugar and yeast and then the aqueous pressed juice is separated from the plant residues. While the press juice is directly homeopathically diluted (D2), an alcoholic extraction is added to the plant residues before dilution.

Finally, both dilutions are brought together again (the so-called spagyric mother tincture). The following substances are used in the JSO detoxification therapy: All three remedies should be taken alternately over 6-8 weeks in a dosage of 10-15 globules three times a day. The globules should melt in the mouth without being chewed and should be taken about 30 minutes before meals.

As a side effect, hyperthyroidism can be observed.

  • Cochlearia cp JSO (normalizes the digestive glands and excretes toxins mainly through the gastrointestinal tract)
  • Echinacea cp JSO (excretes toxins through the lymphatic fluid)
  • Allium cepa cp JSA (excretes toxins through the urine)

In this naturopathic detoxification, remedies are also taken that have been created by spagyric production. The following medications should be taken in 3-day intervals: The phoenix therapy should be supplemented with a daily intake of Thuja-Lachesis spag.

and taken over a period of about 45 days.

  • Phönix Silybum spag. (acts mainly on the regulation of metabolic processes in the liver, stimulation of intestinal muscles and normalization of bile composition.

    Dosage: 3×60 drops),

  • Phoenix Solidago spag. (causes a better blood circulation in the kidney tissue and thus leads to an increased excretion. Dosage 3×60 drops)
  • Phoenix Urtica-Arsenicum (dissolves substances stored in fat and connective tissue and makes them available for excretion.

    Dosage: 3×20 drops)

Before the therapy, a hair analysis should provide information about the corresponding heavy metal load. In addition to an accompanying JSO-Globuli cure, the intake of acetylcysteine (3x200mg), zinc (25mg), selenium (2×100 micrograms) as well as coriander drops for heavy metal mobilization are part of the detoxification according to Schlenk. A main component of the therapy is the drinking of heavy metal draining teas.

Herba Artemisiae, Herba solidaginis, Herba Hederae, Radix Bardanae, Radix Cichorii, Radix Taraxaci are teas that can be used for this purpose and have a correspondingly draining or biliary flow-promoting effect. In addition to the fluid intake of about 3 liters per day, a bowel cleansing with Spak. Essence Okoubake and a hair analysis after 6 months for control. In case of pregnancy, kidney dysfunction, heart failure and dementia, detoxification according to Schlenk should only be carried out after careful risk assessment.
