Basica Energy Cure
The Basica energy cure is a base cure lasting several weeks that helps to deacidify the body, stabilise the acid-base balance in the long term and increase overall well-being and performance. The base cure consists of three pillars: Change of diet, deacidification of the body and activation of the metabolism through exercise and diet and should be carried out over a period of two to three months. The basic principle is to change the diet to predominantly alkaline foods such as salad, fruit and vegetables.
Animal proteins such as meat and fish should not be avoided, but their quantity should be significantly reduced. The second important pillar of the alkaline cure is deacidification. For this the body needs bases above all.
These can either be taken in with food or formed by the body itself through enzymes. Zinc plays an important role here. Basica products ensure that the body is supplied with sufficient basic minerals and trace elements and thus support deacidification.
The third pillar is the stimulation of the metabolism. This can be achieved above all through endurance sports such as cycling, jogging and swimming. The stimulation of the energy metabolism also leads to fat burning.
As this process again produces acids in the form of ketonic acids, it is important to consume sufficient bases to ensure the acid-base balance. In addition, it is important to avoid permanent stress, as the body can produce acids due to the strain on the body. Yoga, relaxing baths or breathing exercises can help to relax and give the body enough time for a complete regeneration.
