Stretching and Fitness
Besides strength, endurance and speed, mobility is a sub-area of conditional abilities and must therefore be included in every conditional training plan. Through targeted stretching, positive adaptation effects on the organism can be achieved. However, stretching is a controversial topic in sports science and current knowledge can soon be overtaken by new scientific studies. How can I motivate myself for fitness?
Everybody knows these days when it is especially difficult to motivate oneself for sports. There are a few tips that can help you: Find the right sport, whether running, weight training, ball sports or functional training Make yourself aware of why you do sports! Reduce stress, balance, weight loss etc.
Find a sport friend and arrange a training session Set goals that are actually achievable. This means that you should start with small goals. Get your sportswear ready the night before or bring it to work if you want to train in the evening.
That way you reduce obstacles and excuses! Sometimes it helps to go the direct way from work to sports. Once you lie down on the couch, it is harder to get up again.
Listen to fun music while you train. Reward yourself every now and then. A piece of chocolate or a beer can be enjoyed occasionally.
Buy suitable sports equipment, such as a fitness watch or Bluetooth headphones. That motivates! It basically helps to keep in mind what the training is for.
Targeted rewards, cool training equipment, a training partner and the other tricks can help to motivate yourself again and again.
