Cider vinegar diet

What is the apple vinegar diet?

There are many misunderstandings in the apple vinegar diet, as this form of nutrition is often mistakenly understood as a zero diet, where only apple vinegar is drunk. In contrast, the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet consists of a calorie-reduced diet and apple vinegar drinks. Apple cider vinegar contributes to weight reduction by stimulating the production of digestive juices.

This promotes digestion and so-called “waste products” and toxins are excreted faster and better. Apple cider vinegar also has a positive effect on the blood sugar level and is said to prevent ravenous appetite attacks. With the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet, one consumes a maximum of 1200 calories daily, drinks an apple cider vinegar drink several times a day and does sports.

Procedure of the apple vinegar diet

With the apple vinegar diet, three main meals a day and optionally two snacks between meals are allowed. The meals should consist of healthy, balanced meals and should not exceed 1200 calories per day. The cornerstone is the apple vinegar drink, which is taken before the main meals and snacks.

To lose weight effectively, one should avoid dairy products, foods with white flour, chips and sweets. Smoking should be reduced if possible and alcohol should be avoided. You should take regular exercise, for example, using a bicycle instead of a car to get to work and taking stairs instead of lifts. To lose weight effectively, you should definitely do sports. If you follow these tips and drink a metabolically stimulating apple vinegar drink before every meal, the pounds should drop quickly.

Dosage

With the apple vinegar diet, the apple vinegar is not drunk pure. The cider vinegar is diluted with water and the drink can be refined according to taste. The basic ingredients are 150 to 200 millilitres of water (carbonated or still) and one to two tablespoons of naturally cloudy organic apple vinegar.

If the drink tastes too sour, you can add a teaspoon of honey. To spice up the vitamin balance and make the drink more varied, you can occasionally replace 50 millilitres of water with fruit juice. You should use natural, freshly pressed juice from organic fruit, for example pear juice, apple juice or carrot juice.

Plan /Weekly plan of an apple vinegar diet

In order to lose weight specifically with the apple vinegar diet, you should draw up a diet plan that includes a healthy diet and a sports programme. With the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet, no more than 1200 calories are consumed daily with food. Three main meals are planned, before each of which a drink of water with apple vinegar is drunk to boost the metabolism and reduce the appetite.

If you need snacks in between meals or if you need them through sport, they should consist of low-calorie snacks, such as raw vegetables with vegetable curd or low-fat curd with almonds. If snacks are eaten between meals, an apple cider vinegar drink should also be drunk beforehand. Meals should consist mainly of fruit, vegetables and wholemeal products.

The meals should be prepared low-fat and should not exceed 1200 calories in total per day. During the apple vinegar diet, exercise is essential. For a great result, a mixture of weight training and endurance sports units three to four times a week is suitable. People who rarely do sport should start slowly, for example with Nordic walking or swimming, and increase their training slowly.
